Speedhorse notifies successful bidders by email the day of the
auction or the next day. Please check your spam folder if you do not
receive an email from us and believe you have won. Speedhorse notifies
the breeding farms by mail as to who the successful bidders are on their
stallions.
You are responsible to purchase all breedings that you bid on.
All bidding parties must either supply credit card information via
website bidding, send in a check, or phone in credit card information -
separately for each individual horse being bid on.
Bids must be at least one half the advertised stud fee, unless
otherwise noted. For stallions standing at Private Treaty, minimum bid
must be $350.
All bids will be due and payable at the time of the successful bid.
Breedings are sold as is.
If a stallion breeding is not sold, the breeding will be available
in the next auction.
Farm location and stud fee are believed to be accurate, although
Speedhorse will not assume any responsibility for errors.
Breedings are sold with a Live Foal Guarantee/Right of Return as
specified in the individual ranch contract.
Speedhorse is not involved in shipped semen. Bidding parties are
responsible for obtaining information on the availability of shipped
semen for stallions they bid on.
Shipped semen, chute fees, standard mare care, and veterinarian
services are not included.
Successful bidders should make sure their mare has a current coggins
and any other health papers as required and specified in the ranch
contract prior to delivering the mare to the stallion farm.
In the event of the death of a stallion, inability to breed, or
relocation, there will be no refund for any reason. The purchasing party
will hold Speedhorse harmless.
All successful bids are final and all participants accept the rules
and regulations before submitting their bid.
